YOGA

 Yoga is a practice that originated in ancient India and has been around for over 5,000 years. It is a holistic approach to physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.   10. Power Yoga: This is a style of yoga that is physically demanding and focused on building strength, flexibility, and balance. Power yoga is often considered a more athletic and intense form of yoga.
